My Coaching Philosophy

I understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Coaching is really about accountability and ultimately teaching you strategies so you can fit exercise into your life in a way that works best for YOU! I will work with you to set weekly and monthly goals to establish a routine that you can confidently stick with for LIFE.
