Great for all fitness levels and any trimester. We’ll work on lower body strength to get you ready for labor & birth, and lots of mobility and stretching to help with all those pregnancy discomforts.

Strength Training for Moms

This 90-minute workshop and fitness class, led by ACE-certified personal trainer Traci DeLeo, is all about strength training. Also called weight training, resistance training, or basic strength training, Traci will share the importance of adding this into your routine, and all the tips for how to do it as a busy mom! Included with the workshop is a 30-minute circuit-style fitness class to introduce some basic exercises and leave you feeling strong!
